Sam Williams Regional Partner (Norfolk & Suffolk)
Sam began her property career in London in 2007 and has since built a reputation for thoughtful, results-driven searches. Known for her calm, considered approach and strong grasp of the market, she has successfully handled high-value acquisitions across both primary residences and second homes, including numerous off-market transactions.
Having relocated to the Norfolk–Suffolk borders, Sam combines her professional expertise with personal insight into the lifestyle benefits that draw people to the region. Her move was inspired by the very qualities her clients often seek: space, heritage and a strong sense of community. These perspectives add depth to the advice she offers.
Sam’s strength lies in empathy and understanding, identifying exactly what a client needs, even when the brief is evolving. She is tenacious in uncovering opportunities, combines strong research with detailed local knowledge, and is a skilled negotiator who works diligently to secure the best possible outcomes.
Before moving into property, Sam held senior roles in headhunting and retail buying. These career foundations sharpened her instinct for reading people, asking the right questions, and guiding important decisions with focus and care.
Outside of work, Sam lives with her husband on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk. She enjoys long countryside walks, gardening and cooking for friends and family.
